Polaroid GL10

The Polaroid GL10 is an instant mobile printer designed as part of the Polaroid Grey Label product series by creative director Lady Gaga. The printer uses an instant film that remains clear until exposed to heat, resulting in a printing process that doesn't require ink cartridges or toner.

The ZINK paper is an advanced composite with cyan, yellow and magenta dye crystals that work together to create prints that rival photo-lab quality. When prints emerge from the printer they are fully developed and automatically protected by a coating that prevents smudges from casual fingerprints and some resistance to water. The end result is a 3 x 4 inch print that emerges in seconds from a small printer that can easily be carried around.
