The Pros:Duplex function is easy to use and very reliable, never have to worry about it jamming. Copies are easy to make, simple push-button interface just takes a second. Toner goes a long time before needing replacing.
The Cons:Figuring out the fax function can be confusing. Touch screen wears out and starts getting unresponsive, have to select options several times or press hard. Some noticeable wait time between sending the document and the print starting.
The Lexmark X945e is an all-in-one color laser printer from Lexmark's Multifunction Laser series. The printer offers color print, fax, scan, and copy functionality and is an upgrade to the X940e since it has a faster print speed of 45ppm in black and 40ppm in color.

It is recommended for departmental printing in large offices and workgroups since it features extensive paper handling with a 2520-sheet high capacity feeder, 520-sheet input tray, 100-sheet automatic document feeder, and duplex printing unit. The printer is also capable of 11" x 17" printing and has an optional 3500-sheet finisher or booklet finisher. The Lexmark X945e is designed with an 8" color touch screen, 1.25GHz processor, and 512MB of internal memory. It includes an integrated hard disk, ethernet port for use on a wired network, and a front panel USB port for printing directly from a USB device. The X945e is Energy Star qualified and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
