The Lexmark X940e is an all-in-one color laser printer from Lexmark's Multifunction Laser series. The printer offers color print, fax, scan, and copy functionality with a print speed of 40ppm in black and 30ppm in color.

It is recommended for medium to large offices and workgroups since it features extensive paper handling with a large 520-sheet input tray, 520-sheet drawer with cabinet, 100-sheet automatic document feeder, and duplex printing unit. The printer is also capable of 11" x 17" printing and has an optional 3500-sheet finisher or booklet finisher. The Lexmark X940e is designed with a 4-line grayscale display, 1.25GHz processor, and 512MB of internal memory. It includes an integrated hard disk, ethernet port for use on a wired network, and a front panel USB port for printing directly from a USB device. The X940e is Energy Star qualified and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
