The Lexmark X204n is a basic multifunction laser printer with entry-level pricing and several other built-in functions. It can print up to 26 pages per minute, has a maximum input of 250 sheets, and max print resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi.

It can send up to 30-sheet faxes because it has an automatic page feeder, and it can scan and email documents right from the operator panel. It also serves as a photocopier, and has both Eco-Mode which reduces power use and Quiet Mode that reduces volume of printing, and toner cartridges can be replaced without having to dispose of the photoconductor. The printer is supposed to easy to use as soon as it is setup, including ready-to-go Ethernet port and USB port for direct printing. The X204n targets small workgroups that require copying, scanning and faxing as well as laser printing.
