HP Photosmart Premium C309
$300.00
Released January, 2009
The Pros:Does good photos.
The Cons:Takes too long (>30s) and wastes ink every time is starts and stops. It's infuriating. The scanner lid cannot take thicker objects and the lid lacks a soft backboard (white) it's just flat plastic. After a little bit of use the printer is in a constant state of ink low. Starts warning when cartridge is half used and at least one is at any given time.

Fax did not save before sending so after it dials the number and connects any error in transmission requires you to start from scratch.

Photo cropping due to edge-to-edge printing was more than expected.
