HP Photosmart D7260

$130.00 Released July, 2004

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Ink cartridges are all individual, no need to spend a lot of money to change all of them at the same time, especially considering the costs of HP ink. Separate paper trays for standard and photo prints. Good print quality, big step up from previous HP photo printers.

The Cons:High running costs, expensive ink. Just a step away from an all-in-one printer...(lacks scanner). Cannot print at maximum resolution (photo) without printing the picture from a computer.

The Photosmart D7260 is a general purpose inkjet printer from HP with photo printing capabilities. Primarily designed for light home/home office use due to its rather small ink cartridges, the D7260 allows you to print a large variety of paper sizes from a computer or straight from your camera's memory card.

Doug Gallun: #hp_photosmart_d7260 My HP Photosmart D7260 stopped loading paper after 6 months of light use - Bangalore Bob at HP call center was still talking, and not making any sense, after 4 calls. This leaves me with 7 Vivera Ink Cartridges (~$95) and a disdain for HP Printers. I am going to try Canon now. Rather than saddle the Salvation Army or Vietnam Vets with this crappy printer, I have written it off and thrown it in the trash. Jun 27, 09
