Product Shot 1 The Pros:Print quality is very good, colors are vibrant and the print is precise, looks photo lab quality. With lots of tweaking of the settings you can get prints at a low per-page printing cost. LCD panel is backlit and easy to read.

The Cons:Large footprint, and you need to leave space open in the back if you're printing on a DVD. Performs lengthy preparation routines that consume ink. Default driver settings use a lot of ink, will bleed through some cheaper paper stocks.

The Photosmart D5460 is a general purpose, budget inkjet printer from HP with photo printing capabilities. Primarily designed for light home/home office use due to its rather small ink cartridges, the D5460 allows you to print a large variety of paper sizes from a computer or straight from your camera's memory card.

Using a memory card, a PC is not required as you can preview and select your images on the D5360's 1.5" colour display. Improving on the 5360, the 5460 can print faster (specifically with colour), supports more photograph paper sizes , and impliments a different inkjet process, seperating the colours to save costs on replacements and improve results. The D5460 can print double sided and also includes a CD labeler.
