The Cons:Big and heavy design, need to make room for it and won't want to move it around much. Can't manually set it to greyscale, will use the more expensive colored ink.

Each LaserJet 4700 model delivers ultra-fast 31ppm printing speeds for both monochrome & colored printouts. Plus, all models offer a maximum capacity of 2600 paper sheets, therefore reducing the frequency per which the units must be refilled. In regards to connectivity, the LaserJet 4700 laser printers can connect either via a parallel connection, a USB interface, or by Ethernet. Keep in mind though that Ethernet access requires purchasing a network card for one of the EIO slots. The differences in these models are that the 4700dn adds along automatic duplexing, whereas the 4700dtn goes a step further by including a printer stand. The HP LaserJet 4700 retails for $1349.00 (4700n), $1599.00 (4700dn), and $2499.00 (4700dtn), and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
