HP Deskjet D2560
$50.00
Released April, 2008
The Pros:Compact size. Affordable price. Easy to set up.
The Cons:Strange design, prints are ejected on top of input tray. Good only for occasional printing. Does not come bundled with the required USB 2.0 cable.
The Deskjet D2560 is an inexpensive general purpose printer from HP. Primarily designed for light home/home office use due to its rather small ink cartridges, the D2560 allows you to print only a basic variety of paper sizes.

Matching the speeds of the 2545, it is similarly Energy Star qualified. Ideal for those who only print small documents on occasion, the D2560 does not provide much improvement over the cheaper D2545, which is made primarily of recycled plastic. The new plastic may make this mode more durable. It's visual appearance may also have more appeal.
