The HP Color LaserJet CP4525n is a color printer designed for busy office environments. It can print up to 42 pages per minute in either color or black and white, and can handle resolutions of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi.

It can be set to print on both sides of a page, but the user would need to physically feed the paper back into the unit and hit the Resume button in these cases. The printer comes with 512 MB of memory to speed up printing multiple copies of documents, and uses an 800 MHz Intel chip to process print requests. From the large 500-sheet input tray the printer can handle page sizes from Letter to Legal, and from the 100-sheet multipurpose tray it can also handle postcards and number 9 and 10 envelopes. This printer has a duty cycle of up to 120,000 pages total, with a recommendation of not exceeding 10000 pages per month. Print jobs can be sent to the printer via a USB connection or a direct ethernet connection to the network.
