Epson Stylus CX8400

$100.00 Released October, 2007

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Printing is high-quality, photos have an excellent amount of detail - look like film photos. Scanner gets great images, lots of detail with no glare. Fax works well, reasonably quick and seems to communicate with every other fax type well.

The Cons:Goes through ink very quickly, will need to be replaced often. Photos don't have as much color depth as most photo printers. Ships with ink cartridges that are extremely low capacity, may get 3 or 4 photo prints out of them.

The Epson CX8400 is a mid-range inkjet all-in-one machine.  Print speeds are fast, ranging up to 32 pages per minute.  Colour resolution is high, rated at 5760x1440 dpi.  Epson's DURAbrite ink is fade, smudge, and water-resistant, so documents and photos can be handled directly after printing is finished.
