Epson PictureMate Dash PM 260
$150.00
Released August, 2007
The Pros:Photos look as good as what would come from a photo lab. Small footprint doesn't take up a lot of desk space. Colors on the prints are bright and look fairly accurate.
The Cons:Uses a lot of ink per print, gets expensive quickly. Can't let the printer sit without printing for too long or the printheads get clogged.
The Epson PictureMate Dash PM 260 is a small-scale dye-sublimation photo printer. Prints are smudge, water, and fade-resistant, and can be handled directly after printing is complete. The PM 260 features archival-quality prints, which Epson estimates can last over 200 years under optimal conditions.
