Canon PIXMA iP90v

$250.00 Released January, 2007

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Very plug-and-play, no special setup, just connect and print. Very small design profile, can be carried around easily or put in a briefcase. Prints fairly quickly, doesn't take long to start printing.

The Cons:Plastics are thin and flimsy, parts can snap off if you're not careful. Optional Bluetooth adapter is inconsistent, best to have the cord handy.

Aimed at the mobile professional the PIXMA iP90v is a general purpose inkjet printer from Canon. At just 4.0 pounds, the iP90v can be considered the little brother of the iP100, and similarly it has the impressive ability to be both compact and fully featured.

Sporting an optional Lithium-Ion battery which can print up to 290 pages per charge and an optional automobile power supply, the iP90v can print a large variety of paper sizes wirelessly or through USB2 connection. While not especially fast it is hard to blame such a small and fully featured unit.
