Brother DCP-385C
$100.00
Released November, 2008
The Pros:Reproduces black text fairly well - letters appear clean, dark and easy to read. SD card support is relatively smooth and easy to use - prints full-color photos in just over a minute.
The Cons:Lacks network connectivity of the DCP-375CW model - limits ability to function as a household printer. Falls considerably short of the 30 pages-per-minute (Black)/27 pages-per-minute (Color) advertised printing speeds. High-quality photo printing may take upwards of three minutes for a single page.
The Brother DCP-385C is an all-in-one & compact digital copier, scanner, and inkjet printer designed for printing, copying, or scanning school projects, photos, recipes, web pages, and much more. An upgrade from the Brother DCP-165C, the Brother DCP-385C adds along a 3.3” color LCD display, and a 4x6 photo bypass tray that holds up to 20 sheets.
